I know it doesn't. But just telling me anything, it doesn't have to be the big stuff, would be nice. Maybe if you talked about what's bothering you, you wouldn't explode and attack someone who you know will maim you.

What's the harm in communicating? What would be the terrible result if you admitted to yourself that maybe you can't do everything on your own? Being part of a team means supporting your team and being supported by them. Otherwise, you're just someone who's in the same place at the same time.
